Ben's Project: AYLP Video
One of my greatest passions is filmmaking, so, naturally, for my culminating AYLP project I chose to create a short video highlighting the main aspects of the trip for future applicants and the greater overall community. By raising awareness of AYLP through my video, I hope to bring to light the environmental issues that we are facing in our community and throughout the world. More importantly, however, I hope that my video inspires students from around the Bay Area to apply to AYLP to learn about these unprecedented environmental problems and create tangible solutions to combat them.
While in China, I recorded interviews with my peers and took videos (some may say incessantly) of the activities we participated on in order to capture the essence of AYLP for viewers back home.

Upon our return, I edited all of the footage down to create a short video. Currently, the video is being used on VIA's website to promote the program for perspective applicants. Check it out below!
